Strawberry × Sakura Sweets

Sakura Anmitsu

- ¥ 950

Presented in a vessel that exudes traditional Japanese charm, this Sakura Anmitsu features vibrant seasonal colors. Layers of strawberry mousse and cherry blossom panna cotta are topped with pink agar jelly, gyuhi (soft rice cake), mandarin oranges, and red bean paste. The addition of black honey syrup creates a rich, unfolding sweetness in this exquisite Japanese-style dessert.

Cerisier

- ¥ 950

This rare cheesecake is named “Cerisier” (French for “cherry tree”), reflecting the beauty of cherry blossoms in full bloom. The surface is adorned with cherry petals, and ruby chocolate is used to create the appearance of cherry blossoms in their glory. Inside, it features a strawberry gelée, offering a spread of sweet and sour flavors.

Sakura Mont Blanc

This spring-inspired Mont Blanc features an eye-catching, pale and gentle pink color. Inside the mascarpone mousse is a hidden strawberry compote jelly, surrounded by a generous swirl of cherry blossom bean paste cream. Topped with fresh strawberries and salted cherry blossoms, every bite of this dessert brings the feeling of spring’s arrival.
