Opera Rosé Earl Grey

This is an "Opera," a traditional French pastry elegantly finished with strawberries and tea. Layers of strawberry ganache, buttercream, and rose jelly are sandwiched between tea-infused joconde sponge cake. It is a refined creation where the perfectly balanced sweet-and-sour notes and the aroma of tea stand out.

A colorful tart where the aromas of strawberry and tea stand out. Atop a tart shell filled with tea-infused damande, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are arranged and topped with piped tea-scented chantilly cream. You can enjoy the crunchy texture along with the harmony of berries and tea.
